Clun Forest

Part of the reason we got into sheep was to make use of large amount of pasture we have on the ranch.  We wanted a breed that would finish well on grass, and Cluns definitely fit that model. They are also very self reliant - not needing a lot of shepherding during lambing or other times of the year.  They are a maternal breed and typically lamb at 180%, producing very sturdy lambs.  They have never caught the eye of North American commercial producers, but for someone on an acreage, or someone looking for a hands off breed they would be a great addition.

Replacement Ewes and Rams

We have a select number of Clun Forest Replacement ewes and rams every year. Please feel free to contact us if you are looking for additions to your flock!
